Fundraiser Event Policies

Payment for ALL SEATS (which includes gratuity) will be taken upon booking.

Some events may be 18+. Please be sure to read the description carefully.


A PAID seat is required for all attendees. Regardless of their age. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.


Many of our events have a set time. Again, please be sure to read the description carefully to ensure you understand that there may be another seating after yours. If you have chosen the first set, you will be given a friendly reminder of when the time is almost up as we do require time to clean & to set up for the second set.


Your High Tea sitting is a MAX of 2 hours. 11am - 1pm or 2pm - 4pm.


We will not be accepting odd-numbered bookings. For example, if you book a table for FOUR but, have a party of 3, your table will simply be set for 4, food for 4 will be provided, and you will be charged for 4 seats.


The Menu:

The menu is set as per details, no dietary restrictions or allergies can be accommodated - this includes our tea. There may be vegetarian options within the menu, but no gluten free, or vegan.

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, eggs, nuts, soy, and other allergens.


Your High Tea sitting is a MAX of 2 hours. 11am - 1pm or 2pm - 4pm.


***Even though it says 1 participant, depending on the event you may be booking ONE TABLE for 2, 4, or 6 as available.

Cancellation Policy:

A small portion of your booking is refundable if cancelled with 5 days notice. 

After that your booking is non-refundable & non-transferable as this is a fundraiser.
